We are a non profit EU-COALITION AGAINST CYBERTORTURE and Task Force established to create awareness and more of Cybernetic Technology and electronic abuse, such as the illegal data collection and manipulation of humans via brain – machine – interfaces. Coined “Cybertorture” by the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture.
How do we protect people that by utilitarian grounds, without informed consent, are used for brain studies with brain-computer-interfaces in Cyber Psychological Systems, illegal stealing of brain data.
Currently there are no specific laws protecting humans, neither any medical support for them, during Cybertorture. The situation is created by the fact that scientists do not leave any information about the illegal mind reading technologies. They just keep on progressing in their cognitive neuroscience crimes.
This UN report include a definition of “Cybertorture” By the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture.
On February 28, 2020, the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture, Professor Nils Melzer, issued his World Report on “Torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.” This report included a definition of “Cybertorture,” the Crime Against Humanity where millions of targeted victims worldwide are remotely assaulted with Electromagnetic Weapons in actions directed via computer, often from Supercomputers.
(A/HRC/43/49) Cybertorture:
1. A particular area of concern, which does not appear to have received sufficient attention, is the possible use of various forms of information and communication technology (“cybertechnology”) for the purposes of torture. Although the promotion, protection and enjoyment of human rights on the internet has been repeatedly addressed by the Human Rights Council (A/HRC/32/L.20; A/HRC/38/L.10/Rev.1), torture has been understood primarily as a tool used to obstruct the exercise of the right to freedom of expression on the internet, and not as a violation of human rights that could be committed through the use of cybertechnology.
2. This seems surprising given that some of the characteristics of cyber-space make it an environment highly conducive to abuse and exploitation, most notably a vast power asymmetry, virtually guaranteed anonymity, and almost complete impunity. States, corporate actors and organized criminals not only have the capacity to conduct cyberoperations inflicting severe suffering on countless individuals, but may well decide to do so for any of the purposes of torture. It is therefore necessary to briefly explore, in a preliminary manner, the conceivability and basic contours of what could be described as “cybertorture”.
3. In practice, cybertechnology already plays the role of an “enabler” in the perpetration of both physical and psychological forms of torture, most notably through the collection and transmission of surveillance information and instructions to interrogators, through the dissemination of audio or video recordings of torture or murder for the purposes of intimidation, or even live streaming of child sexual abuse “on demand” of voyeuristic clients (A/HRC/28/56, para.71), and increasingly also through the remote control or manipulation of stun belts (A/72/178, para.51), medical implants and, conceivably, nanotechnological or neurotechnological devices.1 Cybertechnology can also be used to inflict, or contribute to, severe mental suffering while avoiding the conduit of the physical body, most notably through intimidation, harassment, surveillance, public shaming and defamation, as well as appropriation, deletion or manipulation of information.
4. The delivery of serious threats through anonymous phone calls has long been a widespread method of remotely inflicting fear. With the advent of the internet, State security services in particular have been reported to use cybertechnology, both in their own territory and abroad, for the systematic surveillance of a wide range of individuals and/or for direct interference with their unhindered access to cyber technology.2 Electronic communication services, social media platforms and search engines provide an ideal environment both for the anonymous delivery of targeted threats, sexual harassment and extortion and for the mass dissemination of intimidating, defamatory, degrading, deceptive or discriminatory narratives.
5. Individuals or groups systematically targeted by cybersurveillance and cyberharassment are generally left without any effective means of defence, escape, or self-protection and, at least in this respect, often find themselves in a situation of “powerlessness” comparable to physical custody. Depending on the circumstances, the physical absence and anonymity of the perpetrator may even exacerbate the victim’s emotions of helplessness, loss of control, and vulnerability, not unlike the stress-augmenting effect of blindfolding or hooding during physical torture. Likewise, the generalized shame inflicted by public exposure, defamation and degradation can be just as traumatic as direct humiliation by perpetrators in a closed environment.3 As various studies on cyber-bullying have shown, already harassment in comparatively limited environments can expose targeted individuals to extremely elevated and prolonged levels of anxiety, stress, social isolation and depression, and significantly increases the risk of suicide.4 Arguably, therefore, much more systematic, government-sponsored threats and harassment delivered through cybertechnologies not only entail a situation of effective powerlessness, but may well inflict levels of anxiety, stress, shame and guilt amounting to “severe mental suffering” as required for a finding of torture.5
6. More generally, in order to ensure the adequate implementation of the prohibition of torture and related legal obligations in present and future circumstances, its interpretation should evolve in line with new challenges and capabilities arising in relation to emerging technologies not only in cyberspace, but also in areas such as artificial intelligence, robotics, nanotechnology and neurotechnology, or pharmaceutical and biomedical sciences, including so-called “human enhancement”.

Article 1 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU (2000) states that “Human dignity is inviolable. It must be respected and protected”. In a highly information and communications technology-based world, this fundamental human right and basic ethical principle is facing an increasing threat. The European Coalition Task Force against Cybertorture is a not-for-profit Coalition found to STOP the problem of non-consensual experimentation, using remote Cyber Psychological Systems like cognitive radio influencing technologies and techniques on the human mind and body. We propose clear ethical boundaries to regulate their use and to handle this situation to regulate new technologies and use AI control mechanisms by independent and impartial investigators. The evidence gathered could then be used to convict criminals easier and quicker in the future.

I have run into problems with the people in the Estonian Childrens Camp behind my house. I can be thinking of something and there is a real world reaction in terms of verbal harassment. I am concerned because this faction have turned our community into a literal prison camp almost. That is not being dramatic. As I wrote this I am hearing them warning me not to send this to you. I was being tortured with all of the above symptoms. i was being remotely mkultra by terorists, i might have been chiped (i don’t know for sure). i was being remotely hipnotize, gaslighted, deprived of sleep by being electrified etc. i have learned how to partly defend myself, but i still suffer from post traumatic syndroms. hope you will manage to terminate this torture and trace the criminals responsible for this crime.

I agree with both Brandon and David. The constant frequency at night has stopped but not the penetrating, searing, burning pinpricks. I know it is outside my body (I had a police officer ask me how I knew this) because I have had a doubled up lead apron over my head and they could penetrate that though it felt like it was spreading out. Then I put my hand outside of the apron and felt it on my hand. It causes horrible headaches and I have to sleep with ice packs on my head all night long. It causes me to have trouble remembering and function. I become angry at times and think out loud hoping someone is listening and will want to hear the truth instead of the lies being told about me. We definitely need some substantial help. There is a law in MA, MI and Maine but we need more and the police need equipment to be able to catch the perpetrators.

Thank you for your message. The symptoms of the attack are numerous, pains all over the body, pins in the eyes, hand, feet and snake on the back. This is voodoo which can be easily done on radionic instruments. The perpetrator Yoni Mackenzie, Peebles, Scotland, is in a satanic group in Edinburgh, who carry out multiple radionic attacks, 24/7, every day of the year. This type of attack is different to other psychotronic attacks such as electronic, microwave, ultra sonic and V2K.
Radionic attacks are carried out on radionic instruments using a person´s DNA, usually an hair sample. To transmit this type of attack the perpetrators don´t need cell phone towers, microwave units ( used by intelligence agencies), or even satellites. Radionic attacks utilize the earth´s electromagnetic field and ether. The ether can be described as Tesla scalar zero point waves, which are superluminal, that is they travel faster than the speed of light. This means that not only could you be attacked on the other side of earth and be attacked immediately, but you could also be attacked on another planet anywhere in the universe instantaneously. This might sound like science fiction, or something out of Star Trek, but it is completely true. I discussed this with John Williams, of Lone Star Consulting, Inc, El Paso, Texas, and he said it is true that you could be on another planet, and still receive a radionic attack. He said it is a global menace. John Williams was a senior electronic engineer for Lockheed Martin for 30 years. They manufacture products for protection against mind control, and all forms of psychotronic attacks.
The real pandemic is the psychotronic/ stealth warfare, and is not this corona scam. Anyone who has researched this coronavirus, knows that it is a normal flu virus, every year there are new ones. I have been a victim of the NSA’s use of directed energy technology for 36 years. For the past 6 years, the FBI from New Haven, CT have been protecting these criminals. I am followed everywhere, even in Canada. They assault customs with this technology to cross borders to conduct their illegal activity. Their FCC call signs are KNKK601 and WNSH204 and their licenses can be viewed on-line. These “packet node” signals are transmitted on 152.600 mhz and 157.740 mhz. These signals follow me everywhere I travel. I have complained to the FCC of: “the use of directed energy technology to maliciously interfere with the body’s central nervous system.” I’ve complained to the NSA and DOJ / FBI but have experienced nothing but retaliation. No, a radionic attack causes pains all over the body. For example, one minute they attack the head,the next moment they attack feet, then the hands then the eyes.The attack constantly changes. They also do black magic on the instruments, this is the most difficult for them to do. This causes a snake like feeling on the back, it is voodoo. It is different to the radionic attack. They control entities from the lower astral to attack me, that is to attack the aura, electromagnetic field around the body. I have different devices, but they can´t stop the attack, I only get more protection. I believe that there is no machine in the world to stop psychotronic warfare. At the moment the best devices are from Russia, the Tesla psi generators. I have to place them over the area being attacked, so I have to keep moving them. I also have devices from the US, Q wave harmonizers six altogether, HERB instruments from Canada, and electronic jammers from China. I purchased electronic scanners from Lone Star Inc, El Paso, and they recorded high frequencies in the MHz range which I believe Mackenzie uses, together with the lower frequencies, probably modulation. This jammer does help to stop the black magic, so these entities must be in the MHz range, but of course science doesn´t even recognise these things at the moment. Conventional sciencs knows very little about psychic phenomena, and the etheric world, which is divided into different planes.
I do hope that you will be able to find a solution to your problem with the instrument. So many people on this site are suffering like me, 24/7, for many years and the governments won´t do anything to help. We all know of course, that intelligence agencies are using psychotronic weapons to attack their own people, so I suppose governments don´t want to do anything, because the public would soon discover their evil actions.

Chances are, there is no chip. A chip is not required to perform the phenomena of synthetic telepathy. There was a TI who pulled out all of his teeth because they made him think there was a chip in his teeth/filling. RNM (Remonte Neural Monitoring) doesn’t require a chip, just two frequencies and a by-product. The conversations youre having is with an AI more than likely, Brain Computer interface. The thing is, with them making you think you have a chip, people usually get a CT scan. This is your proof of sanity, schizophrenic have abnormalities that show up in MRI’S, CT, and other brain mapping procedures. Be careful what you believe to be real, theyre not your frienda.

It’s so sad and we should be given medals of honor for being strong enough to keep pushing despite the all encompassing take down attempts on our lives. I believe I was chipped or something when I got swabbed for my dna when I was set up to get arrested at a festival (which was rubbish) also at some point I think a dentist did some lthing, I’ve lost a lot of teeth now and I have panic attacks whivh have resulted in me being kettled and arrested of sectioned. I’ve also been inappropriately medicated and had my daughter dubiously taken (I’m pretty sure that the entire court orders were illegal) and no support at all, I darent speak out for fear of completely losing my daughter, yet all paths to try to recover myself are restricted or removed entirely.

I am a single parent in Florida, US> I am my two children, have been used for brain data harvesting and manipulation through what I believe to be the Barrack Obama brain initiative since 2012. From there, just after President Trump was elected, in 2016, I was falsely reported to have said something to a neighbor’s child, uncle even admitted that he was lying even with physical proof that I could not have done it, it still was reported, and the rest is history. My name is Bozena KVALTINOVA French of Czechoslovakian origin TI in open phase of electromagnetic harassment since June 19, 2014 7:30 p.m. at the Jardins Masséna in Nice … Burned via RFID chips which I was implanted probably during surgical interventions in 2000, 2010 and during my solo trip to Croatia in 2008. During a first scan on July 26, 2014, as soon as I was in the device, the same pains as during the cybertortures began. My RFID chips probably reacted to the electromagnetic fields of the scanner. This was no longer the case during a second scanner in March 2018 (so it’s not psychosomatic !, the chips could have been deactivated). I was violently assaulted, tortured during my car journeys. Hi..I was chipped by an ENT surgeon on circa 2009 in Cape Town, South Africa at the behest of a group of people who thought they would teach me a lesson concerning my alleged,,apparent behavioral patterns which “they objected to”..The group of people and specifically the main perpetrator are known to me and have tried everything short of murder (although have tried this by using auditory command with use of nanotech subliminal transmission) to shut me down and portray me as an unhinged person etc..
This has not worked and although it has only been about a year since I can now deal with all being done to me I am almost in position to institute criminal proceedings against them. Lets clarify one important thing about this sick program…There is NO mind reading which frankly casts victims in the mentally unhealthy category whenever any victim suggests this.is taking place. The basis of “Synthetic” conversation is core to at most 3 or 4 “likely responses to a question or demand to answer the perps which them takes the victim down the trajectory of entering into conversation with them in a very anxious state of mind. As an eg. when being questioned by them try answering in a different language (silently) and say something (silently as if in conversation) in another language. You have thus begun to negate them forcing you into “synthetic conversation” and can reach at your own thought process. I am a citizen of the USA, living in the town of East Lyme, CT. My targeting began 36 years ago, by General Dynamics / NSA, upon moving to the area. Six years ago, the FBI and the State of CT became involved.
I am followed by “directed energy” technology manufactured by TetraSystems. This equipment couples remotely to the central nervous system and produces the following effects: severe pain, tremor, anxiety, depression, irritability, heart attack, loud noise and taunting, manipulating people around me, confusion, sleep disturbance, fatigue, fainting, IBS, urinary attacks, attacks to eyes, teeth, and genitals, symptoms of flu, severe perspiration, etc.
I have spoken with the FBI on the phone and in the presence of police. The FBI confirmed that they knew I was targeted and that it can’t be stopped.
The CT Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services have been to my home on several occasions. They confirmed that they are involved. I requested they help me in getting this targeting stopped. They responded that they “don’t have that kind of authority.”
In 2015, I was confined in CT Valley Hospital as a result of falsified documentation acted upon in Superior Court (the court knew better). While confined I was targeted from within the hospital. I suffered: sleep deprivation, daily attacks to my eyes, my teeth, and my genitals. I suffered bouts of strong pain, depression, anxiety, tremor, and psychological torment. Others around me were targeted and driven to violence to upset me. This abuse lasted 110 days.
In 2016, I was attacked in my home by a knife wielding assailant. After 2 telephone calls to the East Lyme Police, these police agreed to respond to my home. These police left with the assailant still armed and in my home. I have attempted to get the CT State Police to investigate this situation. My attempts were met with intimidation and threats of abuse. CT State Police leadership, as well as East Lyme Police leadership will no longer return my calls nor respond to my correspondence. The East Lyme First Selectman will not return my calls, nor those of my attorney.
My assailants have made it very clear, as to why I am targeted and abused. It is because of my faith. It is because I am a Christian and they are of an “anti-Christ” theology and philosophy. I’ve experienced my brothers and sisters in Christ, severely abused and murdered. I’ve experienced my former church severely disrupted; a great body of believers driven apart and a great pastor driven out.
My wife and I were driven out of ministry by our attackers and forced to divorce. My children have been abused badly. On my desk is a bible I purchased for a friend. The abuse I have sustained for doing so is extreme. Though Christian persecution is very much on the rise in many places, most people would believe it is not an issue in the USA. This is simply not true. Be assured, the crowd still cries, “crucify him, give us Barabbas”. It’s just well hidden here.

I’m very sorry to hear about your terrible experiences. Many perpetrators of these attacks belong to satanic groups. There have been articles on Dr Salla´s exopolitics website about Satanic pedophile networks that manipulate global elites. I believe that a lot of this is true, because when I made complaints to governments about the radionic attacks I´m receiving from the UK, I was totally ignored, both in the UK and here in Spain. I discovered that the perpetrator of the attack Yoni Mackenzie was in a satanic group, a coven in Edinburgh, with other alternative therapists including brother John, Chris and Kirsty. I have 100% proof. Instead of having an investigation into Mackenzie, the British and Scottish governments ignored me, saying that it wasn´t a recognised therapy, and therefore it is not regulated. Another member of the radionic association Susan King recommended Mackenzie to me. King had studied with Mackenzie, who was a teacher at the association. When I stopped radionic treatment with Mackenzie, she began the attack with her satanic group. When I told Susan King about it, she resigned from the association. The whole radionic association is corrupt. Recently I made a second complaint to the Scottish government, the first being 6 years ago. The whole procedure has been a waste of time. In the last paragraph of their reply they said, `Scottish Ministers cannot intervene in individual cases, nor investigate allegations of malpractise or criminal activity´. This is utter nonsense to state that they don´t have the power to investigate criminals, anyone can see that they are protecting her, and the radionic association. The reply was similar to the one I received from the British government nearly 6 years ago. Everything is covered up by governments, and they seem to be working together behind the scenes.
I do hope that you have more success than I had, in dealing with the authorities. Your attack seems to be satanic, and many of the elite worldwide are involved in nefarious groups. This is why it is impossible to get any help, they are protecting the evil criminals.

I don’t know if it’s AI (and you don’t either). It might be crowd-sourced somehow. But if an AI coup were ever to take place, the Game provides fertile ground for such a coup. Remote and anonymous interfaces to it. The news blackout. The deniable doublethink / newspeak / duckspeak / mockingbirding babble. My name is Jeff from the Philippines. I have been a Targeted Individual for 10 months now. My perpetrators are from Saudi Arabia because I used to work there as a House Cook for Prince Abdullah Khalid Turki Al Saud. I have just worked there for 3.5 months because I could not take their wickedness anymore. The person who put the implanted chip into my body was Seif, he is the new brother-in-law of Prince Abdullah. There is a conspiracy between the Saudi Government and the people in Philippine Consulate in Jeddah in doing this diabolical act because during my first day in the Consulate, I experienced mockery and persecution from them. Just for the record, I am most definitely a victim target of CYBER-TORTURE. I’ve had enough years of remotely induced hell to analyze this and realize this is real and getting worse..I also supplied my data to William Binney’s Targeted Individuals Survey. I’ve moved address since then, but the problem did not stop. So it follows at great speed.
I even created a short film as a “fiction” piece for easy consumption to awaken people to this growing global terrorism, to at least highlight some of the issues and End Games I believe are the goals..It’s entitled ‘2025 THE GENOCIDE PROGRAM’.
I am slightly concerned about the UN having any part in stopping it though, as the UN is an expression/ tool of the New World Order, Not a theory. The New World Order quite clearly wants control over everything including Humans. So I am hoping this isn’t a containment operation that leads no where. Obviously that does not mean good people won’t be within the UN that do not know its core purpose. Compartmentalization is a thing. But this problem really and urgently needs to be nullified and all those responsible for the ongoing torture and attempted remotely induced murder, MUST be brought to full justice ASAP. and compensation must be paid to all victim targets. Wireless technology has been weaponized beyond most people’s imagination to the point where Humans are being connected to like devices. That is from my own observations and experience. And clearly there are many ways that may even include via mobile phone apps, street furniture(transmitters inc hidden), satellites and more.
This is the time to bring an end to this nightmare legally, and forever and not allow anyone involved to escape legal justice.

Hello I am targeted individual from Louisiana. I myself and my 4 year old daughter have been targeted since she was born. They have used brainwashing, and have also isolated me from my family. My family is undergoing attack from these sadistic terrorist. I really am in need of finding an end to the torture on my behalf and my young child’s behalf. She never asked to be in this world and she is being forced to speak and my cellular devices and internet are being manipulated. The perpetrators are using my IMIE number to make their device a duplicate of my device and other family members they send text that we haven’t sent to one another and my family doesn’t have knowledge of this torture and places the blame on me for being paranoid. They use V2S technology 24hrs a day and torture my mind and airways 24hours a day. Only God knows what they are doing to my 4 year old who can’t tell me what’s going on in her head. I’ve had a friend elude to the idea that my symptoms of being a targeted individual are related to a technology similar to the one depicted in the movie Inception. I’ve also had a friend confess to me that they seem to know who one of the people entering my psyche is. I guess Inception is the ultimate targeted individual movie however the team doing the targeting seem to be the protagonists. Even though Cillian Murphy’s character has his privacy and his rights and even his destiny violated to some degree I guess in that case it’s for the greater good in the interests of humanity. Sets one heck of a dangerous precedent though. I couldn’t tell from my vantage point whether the situation is the same for myself based on my limited scope of what’s going on around me and how I affect the communities I live in and the world at large.

Good Afternoon. I am a T.I. living on Long Island, NY. The whole situation started in 2010 when after moving into a little community in Suffolk County, NY. It was then that I noticed that there bad been a significant change in my behavior and attitude. As I look back, I can see that at no time or point in my life had I ever been in Major trouble. At no time was I ever hospitalized for depression. At no time did I ever have hopeless feelings about the world or my life.
I moved into the complex with the highest hopes and dreams. It was a big move. Finally, no rent!! And by the looks of the complex (grounds are beautiful) it should have been the ideal place for inspiration for my creative arts. Little did I know how much of a hand, whoever’s or whatever, would have in the ultimate demise of my spirit and long held beliefs.
In 2010 is when I began noticing strange electronic like phenomena occurring in the condo. My TV would turn off. The lights would dim automatically. I started hearing a type of “crosstalk” on not only my cellphone but on my cellular phone too. But in late 2010 is when the pandora’s box opened up when after documenting these incidences on paper, I began to hear someone else’s voice read outloud whatever I was writing down on paper. I wrote something to the effect: “The people upstairs are fighting” to which I heard “oh yeah, We’re fighting man?” All the blood ran out of my hands. I started tearing my house apart looking camera’s anywhere I could find them and at that exact moment I “saw” (I now know was the holographic overlay) an eye looking down at me from the corner of the ceiling and wall. I called the police and immediately made the report, but it in FACT made me look CRAZY. That was my first experience with the discreditation T.I.s go through and with that said, was my first solid, commitment to the cause.
However, the experience I had in 2016 was the most scariest when I filed a report with the Division of Human Rights in NYS against the property management. There was a perfect orchestration of “talent” where I had to be in another state for an emergency. While I was down there, the V2K was relentless and I was cooked alive in my hotel room and people associated with the campaign stayed in hotel rooms next door to us. Side note: during this stay, the case with property management was called and I had to give testimony to support my claim while being “scrambled” with the device and of course ruined my action.
All I want is for an entity to get records of my stay and their stays in the hotel’s next to mine. I want to know where they were at that time. I want to know who told the neighbors and on what site to buy the directed device. Yes. It is actually happening folks!!

Lola, I sympathise with you. But since their abilities are entirely remote, anonymous and sophisticated, looking to whomever was nearby you at the time will surely prove fruitless, even though they do enlist the help of nearby assets in deniable mobbing and mockingbirding campaigns. ‘They’ (whoever that is exactly) have been using similar techniques including RNM all the way back to the immediate post WW2 era, when the CIA was officially christened, if not before. Early on, I too made the mistake of underestimating their abilities and looking for hidden cameras, suspecting TEMPEST style spying on my computer display, building a Faraday cage, etc. etc., when it actually involves the remote surveillance and manipulation of the mind itself somehow. I wouldn’t invest any time and money on countermeasures. That would be like the ant trying to defend against the boot. I WOULD invest time in political protest and organizing the community of TIs into a coherent, organized political fighting force. Or guerilla warfare, but as we know, taking that route opens us up to false charges of ‘crazy’, ‘delusional’, ‘mentally ill’, etc. They know by now what they’re doing and how to protect their clandestine harassments regime. About a year or two, before the 9/11 attacks on the trade center I began writing my life story which was all about the Love of God and the miracles in my life. I was online while writing. The attacks started on my computer. I have lost so much money on having to build new computers, cause I always ended up giving them to friends and family. Of course they never had the problems I did, with getting every virus attack, etc. After 9/11 things got exponentially worse. I am 65 now and after reading everything on this page I can truly say that everything written on these TI stories has happened to me. There is no logical reason for me to be still alive. Helpless and hopeless is my life. I have been praying for so long for some justice and for this unbearable life to be changed. They have always brought out their worst weapons to inflict me. I didn’t sleep for one month and looked like death walking, and have a picture of me. Doesn’t look like me! Horrific! When they come out with new technologies they would use them on me. I have died and come back several times. We are forced to have courage and faith in someone greater than ourselves, Elohim, Yeshua and the Holy Ghost, in my case. I am on the paleo lifestyle because there is not any wiggle room when it comes to allergies or diseases for me. Funny how these things just disappear and a new physical and mental symptoms arrive. I have caught people who played with their cell phones in theaters after excruciating cramps in my feet etc. and they would leave suddenly when busted. Help me to be set free from this hellish lifestyle!! Death would be kinder. I am an intensely gifted individual and used to have an incredibly high IQ. Not so much any more.

I,m a diabeled American Veteran who has been tortured for 25 years with V2K and remote neural monotoring 24/7. I suffered many medical problems because of their microwave and electronic weapons.I’ve had cancer, a heart bypass and a pacemaker they haven’t killed me yet though. I want to stay around to see bthem get exposed.I know who they are and where they came from.

I sympathize with you as my husband is a disable Vietnam-era veteran and tortured due to supporting me in my situation. He has PTSD and had his disability increased from 10-30% during this time. We would move around to sleep and over time became despondent due to our situation. He wrote to Donald Rumsfeld as a veteran asking for help and relief. I cannot read his letter without crying. He fought for his country he wrote and could not understand why we could not get help. We naively wrote to President Bush begging him for help to no avail. Eventually he stopped moving around to sleep. So one night I asked him to let me sleep where he was. I could not stay there for more than 10 minutes. It was horrible frequency with extreme pain in the head. I also experienced awful dreams that were sexual in nature afterwards. I would not have believed this could happen if I had not experienced myself. To this day I cannot understand how they can do this to us.

Cyber Torture Is currently thriving here in Fort Saint John British Columbia Canada. I’m being tourterd 24/7 Followed and stalked where ever I go gaslighted by every single store I go to. The School board and teachers are involved, my kids have been targeted and harassed constantly. All my kids are now being Home Schooled and are still being harassed since it is still apart of the school board also local crooked cops and Fire dept members, along with ems services follow me constantly. The land lord is involved she uses other tenants to spy and report when I leave my home. I have books of recorded evidence and time stamps with a written description’s on a day by day basis of what my family and I are going thorough. All targeted individuals stay strong and hang on.

I’ve been a ti( via v2k/synthetic telepathy) for 10 years please help this is the first ( seems like) real site and not something that looks like a conspiracy theory . I know the technology isn’t science fiction. Alot of what I find doesn’t show any true help for this. Most just explains what is happening.
All of that is good and well for the non-believer. But I’ve lived with this for 10 years off and on . I’m just asking for help. My gf didn’t believe me until they “put this thing” on her as they like to say. They made her believe they were spirits. She is grounded in religion so they knew where to attack.
I can’t prove any of this I know but others who know how this works will see similarities. Please if anyone can help just reply to JS.
