I am a U.S. Army Veteran and became a victim back in 2016 in September, after the VA hospital, took a sleep apnea test on myself. They then stole my medical information, and the readings of the sleep apnea test, and place the readings, all into their computer systems, using deep learning, and AI networking systems, along with neural links, that they received from my testing, into their computer base systems. I have over 10,000 audios verifying the Department of Defense with the use of links are behind the torture on myself. I have audio evidence verifying they are programming me and using percentages of completion.

    I can verify my work with the use of audio forensics, of which I have come up with step processes, to prove the Unconsented human experimentation, along with names, units, officers, agencies, divisions, equipment, and even project names that the department of defense is overseeing.

    1. The only thing that I can think of is that there is no evidence of the rape. all thought it is occurring the substantial evidence does not provide proof. Only through the audio forensic analysis that was sent to them, show the sex trafficking, sexual assualt’s and other crimes. I do not know the real reason behind this, but This is what I believe is the reasoning behind it.

  23. I am a 38 year old man from Scotland UK. I have only been targeted for five years with these covert technologies, that is nothing compared to some people I have spoken to. The abusers of these weapons seem to think they are a law unto themselves. If they weren’t doing anything wrong why aren’t they in the same room as us using the devices. It’s known knowledge when 60ghz which is 60000000 cycles per second on birds stored in rooms on testing.. Few years back Brough H1N1 Bird flu.     1. I am a 27 year old female S Korean TI and suffered organized stalking and electronic harassment for many years. My mother and grandmother have gone through this murderous harassment as well. The estimated number of TIs in S Korea is over 2000, who have experienced such horrific criminal harassment. The number seems to be increasing.

      At the moment, there is no law in S Korea that can protect TIs from such crime, let alone preventing the crimes. It is extremely frustrating that we have no one to turn to for getting help, hence completely exposed to such violence without being able to avoid the harassment,

      I am also experiencing symptoms of mind-control, which are similar to what other TIs are going through here in S Korea. Furthermore, constant surveillance of my privacy, thoughts, v2k, manipulation of thinking and emotions is committed, which always is violent and insulting in nature. Recently, it even started sexually abusing me, which severely hurt my self-esteem to such degree that I cannot take this any further.

      Therefore I hereby strongly request and plea that we must let all affecting and/or affected governments establish the relevant laws to protect TIs. Such laws should enable their law enforcement to take TIs claims that they are being ‘invisibly’ harassed, hence initiate and process relevant investigation and enforce necessary measures to protect them and prevent further victimization of other innocent citizens.

My personal feeling is we need to build an online registry (similar to the sex offender registry sponsored by each state) that identifies these perpetrators of “electronic intrusion by targeted assault” — their name in full and full address. Those of us who know our attackers should reveal them online, in one place. I was so curious about this law professor, I looked him up on the LSU site. The thug on my back is listed as a contracted cancer researcher at NIH. A picture of them should go up too. Stay strong Stephanie.

  30. Hello to my fellow TI’s/victims! Many of you know me from FaceBook as I’ve been using it since 2009 after finding a website called: “Wethepeoplewillnotbechipped”, founded by Greg Nikolettos and within his website there was a button there asking for anyone to join F.B. And I noticed a few familiar names, one who had started helping me in my situation and his name is Mr. Derrick Robinson. You see, I’m a victim with Microchips and Sensors all over my body and within my head/ear organs! Yes, these carry voice/s, (artificial or synthetic telepathy) hideous electrical noises from low to high pitches, plus there is chips for optical placement so to see what I see and the perpetrators that use a device so to send electrical signals to the microchips/sensor so to cause many types of different pains to where they are located within me. Dizziness, burning within, speeding up my heart to cause a false heart attack, stinging, choking of my low throat, and etc. ((And of course, No Privacy)) Know matter where I/we go, the perpetrators know, talk to me and torture me!

    They too, these perpetrators also have to at least a chip within there ear organs, so to communicate with the ones in my ear organs or how would it be possible!? In possible…

    These are also called RFID microchips, Biochips and Biosensors because these are injected into our bodies for actually medical reasons, but the perpetrators that injected these into my person did it so to watch me, my world, to take down my life, to cause me such hideous misery and distress in the most malicious way anyone could! This is “Cybertorture” the ultimate cruelest torture in history and it is on going continually 24/7! I Have Been A Victim Of These Microchips/Sensors Since The Later Part Of ‘2003’!!! Plus, if I had been living alone at the time these perpetrators made me their victim, I know I would have commited suicide within at least few years later! But, I do have a husband, although didn’t believe me for quite a while, he at least listened, let me buy a computer in 2007 so to research these devices, write letters for help and meet people like myself ( TI’s / victims of these different types of technologies ) and he has stood by me stronger than ever when I found articles, literature that the scientific communities provided on the web. I’ve been scanned by three different entities, a man named Jesse Beltran, two different PI’s and all of them got signals coming into and out of my person! I have a very great doctor who took out three of those sensors in 2016 and were magnified 800 times in largering to see them. Then another great doctor who wrote a report on one of them, so to use for that day in court!

    I am totally today, though it took a lot of time and oh, a lot of monies to get to this point in time, here it is that I’m 100% and then some, validated!
    But, like everyone here, we still need these technologies to get somewhat stopped if possible, that we be recognized when we say we’re TI’s or a victim of these electronic weapons, radio-wave carrying chips/sensors, this Cybertorture and to have doctors learn of these devices in manuals so to get them out of our persons!

    I have been targeted in the Cointelpro stalking, assassination program for many years, was stalked from Alaska to Texas, with the stalking directly linked to the FBI many times throughout these years. After going through this mostly isolated I finally attended a Targeted Justice meeting in Houston after released from false imprisonment. Getting to know other survivors of these assaults has been very beneficial to me as well as cut down on the more serious crimes committed against a individual when they are isolated.

    We are forming groups in Houston and Fort Worth to provide support for those targeted, anyone in these areas please contact keithdalankford@protonmail.com. I am also interested in sharing any stories or documentation for others if this is something they want on http://www.targeted.one.

    We have much more power in numbers, and creating and maintaining contact with survivors is beneficial to all. It would be nice to have groups that are willing to protest, pass out flyers, approach elected officials, city assemblies, organize call in campaigns, etc.

  32. Hi my name is Murad. This must stop. I have had my life ruined because of very paranoid, prejudiced and hateful perpetrators, with the intention to kill. They beam me constantly and I get symptoms of constant paralyzing fatigue, pain in my chest and other areas of my body. They accuse me of bad things and have turned my humanity and my will against me. They lack remorse and empathy. I’m not sure if I can make it. I ponder often about death because of them and have almost lost my will to live. They are actually trying to kill me. If it were not for the intervention of good honorable people, I might not have been alive today. All this is taking place in Sweden, where I was born and raised. Why are there no demonstrations in Sweden. Please help.

My wife has become a target 2 years ago, and founded this kind of products useful. The voices does not estinguish, but become more bearable, x ex.
